It has come to our attention that a recent social media post made by an associate on their personal account regarding the death of Charlie Kirk, does not reflect the values of our company.

We extend our deepest condolences to Charlie’s wife and two young children. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this tragic time. We strongly condemn all forms of political violence and any commentary that promotes division.
At Barrington’s, we are proud to employ a diverse team representing many backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. We value respect, compassion, and unity, and we are committed to treating all people with dignity regardless of personal views.

This incident has been an opportunity for us to reflect on our company values and strengthen our policies regarding both professional and personal conduct. We believe open communication, compassion, and accountability are essential to building a strong team. While we support growth and second chances through coaching, we also uphold clear expectations and recognize that actions outside the workplace can carry consequences.
